Marie is my first name, though most people have always known me as Nancy. This year I started gardening again after a few years of just doing the bare minimum. Before long I was growing kale, collards, broccoli, potatoes, peppers, beans, peas and every herb I could find room for.

Then my daughter sent me a box of gardening goodies. Tucked inside was a stamp that read “Marie’s Garden Company.” It felt like an invitation to finally embrace the name I was given and do something with what I love.

I’ve always been the friend people ask to make the drinks for their parties, and I love experimenting with herbs and fresh flavors. My biggest inspiration has been the hardy hibiscus I’ve grown by my front door for years. Its big red blooms greet me every morning, and that color and beauty inspired our signature drink, Ruby Bloom. In the cup, we use roselle, the hibiscus variety prized for its bright, tart flavor in teas and drinks around the world.

Every Marie’s Garden drink starts with the garden in mind and ends with a beautiful presentation that makes your gathering feel special. I can’t wait to pour for you.
